Assistance Service Manager
CurrentDetermine automotive problems and services by listening to customer's description of symptoms; make recommendations for services and repairs based on technician recommendations. Upselling products to the client based on needs and prolonging the life of the vehicle. Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required and ensuring accuracy. Going above and beyond to keep customer informed of the status and any additional needs for their vehicles; build customer rapport and starting life long relationships by giving full disclosure and making arrangements to ensure that customer is taken care of (car rentals, shuttle service, appropriate discounts and services).
