An early role in Human Resources involved administrative tasking in various departments in the educational industry. As I gained more customer service experience and expanded my skills within HR, I found the training and development to be very appealing. Developing staff and motivating them to achieve their goals matters to me and I enjoy that part of my work.While working with FIU I gained experience with processing medical student candidates to ensure proper processing throughout.
