Managing education and training programs in the cyber and computer field: In charge of student and staff recruitment, managing a staff of 50 instructors and 3 full-time coordinators, budget planning and pedagogic responsibility of the programs' content and maintaining relations with over 40 municipalities in Israel's periphery.

In charge of hundreds students who study in pre-academic programs in several universities, as a part of the 'Atidim Project' – promoting underprivileged youth from Israel's Periphery in their academic education and professional army service. Managing a team of 10 staff members (guides, counselors). In charge of the recruitment process and keeping in touch with all students and staff in order to coordinate, assist and ensure their success in the program.
