As managing partner my work is to build new products and services for the e-commerce ecosystem in Latin America and bring solutions for the clients in our portfolio. For the past 3 years I have not only helped dozens of clients to increase revenue through research and experimentation, but also led our operation to drastically increase revenue by exploring new business models and services.

When I joined Profit-e, the Ongoing services were an early stage startup inside the company. I was recruited to lead the operation in São Paulo, with part of the team working remotely from Rio. I recruited and managed Analysts, Designers and Developers to build a strong team to help improve customer journeys and provide e-commerce solutions for our clients. My main achievement was not only to build together a strong team but also led the division to break even that same year. I also created innovative processes to reduce friction points in our operation.By the end of this period I was promoted and asked to become partner in the company.
