With an MBA in People Management from USP and a degree in Chemical Engineering from UFS, I bring a diverse skill set to Human Resources.My career includes roles as a Process Analyst at Hydra-Corona (Grupo Duratex), Continuous Improvement roles at PepsiCo’s industrial units, and a Senior HR Analyst at PepsiCo Sales - HRBP.
