I am an HRBP Manager at Mondelez International, passionate about talent development and creating a positive work environment. With an MBA in People Management from USP and a degree in Chemical Engineering from UFS, I bring a diverse skill set to Human Resources.My career includes roles as a Process Analyst at Hydra-Corona (Grupo Duratex), Continuous Improvement roles at PepsiCo’s industrial units, and a Senior HR Analyst at PepsiCo Sales - HRBP. I also participated in Mondelez International’s Leadership Development program, working on HR and business projects.I was a CAPES scholarship recipient through the Science Without Borders program, studying at Arizona State University and the University of New Orleans. Additionally, I served as Project Advisor and President of the Junior Enterprise of Chemical Engineering, STARTEQ.Driven by a continuous pursuit of knowledge and the application of innovative ideas, I aim to impact as many people as possible through collaborative work. In my free time, I enjoy reading about personal development, exploring new technologies, and traveling to experience different cultures.
