I directed the overall activities and programs of the unit while overseeing seven organizational managers to support unit goals. I lead a group of 10+ staff officers in the planning and execution of military operations, logistical support, administrative duties, and developing training programs for more than 3,500 personnel. I utilized the IPPS-A, GCSS Army, eFLIPL, and SharePoint tools (e.g., Microsoft Teams) to closely monitor KPIs.

As a Brigade Senior Human Resource Officer, I prepared and led a complete human resource program that assisted the Commander with 2500-3500 personnel. I have delivered technical direction to brigade units and coordinated personnel strength program, including all soldiers' health, welfare, and morale.Here are a few examples of my contributions to the organization: - Administered the unit’s annual performance management cycle for over 250 personnel.- Supported survey projects by initiating four employment engagement surveys to provide input to Commanders.- Directed the Awards program and granted 65+ honors in seven months.

Served as the Executive Officer and Project Officer for a Cavalry Squadron with over 500 Soldiers. During this time, I owned and directed daily operations and administrative functions of the Military Operations Center. I have launched various programs, including Recruiting and Retention Programs, COVID Response Team, Arctic Anvil, and Civil Unrest Response Volunteers. I analyzed training and measured organizational KPIs to propose improvements to monthly training sessions. -Trained and qualified a staff consisting of 5 staff officers and 3 Senior Non-commissioned officers for two major Army training exercises, for two consecutive years.

The principal staff officer for all matters concerning training, operations and plans, and force development and modernization. Throughout my term in the position, I created operational directives, tactical instructions, field training exercises, and plans, and suggested mission-accomplishment activities to the Commander. I performed a number of analytic research and initiatives on program operations, identified possible issue areas, and advised corrective and preventative actions.Here are a few examples of my contributions to the organization: -Developed and led the complete lifecycle of planning evaluations for four main training events to deliver timely training and goal-setting for all operational directives. -Designed the curriculum for a 10-day Leadership and Soldier Development Course for partnership exercises between the U.S. and Kuwaiti Army. -Planned and developed a 12-week leadership development program supporting the agency′s vision and goals that mentored over 25 officers.-Championed a team of over 450 employees in five locations across three countries to include assisting and mentoring 15 foreign military officers.-Planned and set up 12 multi-length training exercises by designing a four-year support calendar for training, administration, and logistics.

In this role, I served as the Senior "TAC" Officer responsible for the Officer Candidate School's day-to-day activities, facilitating and evaluating tactical field exercises, and ensuring that all Candidates were prepared for their training experience. My major functions included adherence to standard operating procedure, program curriculum design and training calendar, supervising eight instructors, and the program success rate for the state of Mississippi. -Instrumental as a Senior Instructor charged with creating the Officer Candidate School Curriculum and Academic Calendar for two years that achieved a 98% pass rate for Officer Candidates. -Recognized and awarded as the Mississippi Officer Candidate School Class 56's Instructor of the Year after six months of Teaching.

I founded and expanded this Gym/Physical Fitness Center, directing the overall operations, including business development, finance, services, customer service, and an annual budget of over $190k. I oversaw and ensured the safe execution of day-to-day lesson plans for over 125 clients, ensuring adherence to CrossFit Eastern Shore's values and goals. In addition, I executed all management and staff improvement programs through certification procedures, annual online evaluations, and advanced coaching licensure programs.A few key achievements in this tenure include: -Boosted gross revenue from $52k a year to over $190k yearly in less than five years.-Created superior personnel development, retention, and succession planning programs to aggressively expand the skills base and assure organization performance.
