17 years experience in the area of ​​communication and marketing, having worked at all levels of the sector, reaching the coordinator of the department in 2011, where I stayed until August 2017.I coordinated a multidisciplinary team composed of journalism, advertising, public relations and design professionals.We prepare and execute annual communication planning; plans of media; the entire digital marketing strategy, involving website, social media, including Facebook Ads, content marketing and inbound strategies marketing.One of the achievements in this regard was the production of more than 300 content related to health; with tips and guidance on various topics, used in the company's own publications and media.We work with press relations and crisis management.We manage agencies and partners, promote brand management and elaboration of the company's communication guidelines.In addition, we promote lectures and training of teams on the themes aligned with Marketing, Communication and Customer Service.We developed together the entire communication and marketing strategy of company in order to strengthen and position the brand as a leader in its segment. One of the results of this work was the achievement of 10 editions of the Top of Mind award as the most remembered brand in its segment.We promote actions and events, internal and external, with the objective of obtaining engagement of teams and customers. Highlight for the 10 editions of the Course International Endoscopy Conference, with the participation of speakers and listeners foreigners and from different regions of the country.We were responsible for preparing the Internal Communication Matrix organization, together with the HR sector, which defined the strategies and of each of the departments.
