As the CEO of The Herzliya Municipal Tourism Development Corporation Ltd. for over 12 years, I am dedicated to driving the growth and development of Herzliya's tourism industry.In my role as CEO, I oversee a team of 20 employees. Over the course of my career, I have worked on many projects, such as the development of beach promenades, the urban planning along Herzliya's coastline, the establishment of tourism master plans, the building of marinas, the establishment of yacht clubs, and the protection of Apollonia cliffs.With a strong focus on collaboration, I have worked closely with government ministries, Israel Land Administration, local authorities, and planning committees. I am also experienced in managing relationships with suppliers, banks, contractors, and consultants.My passion for the growth of Herzliya's tourism industry is at the core of my leadership approach, and I am dedicated to creating unforgettable experiences for visitors and residents alike.
