Currently serving as Partner and CEO of G. Cosmetics Group, which has been a prominent player in the global professional hair care market for almost 50 years. Prior to this, as Vice President at Gidon Cosmetics, I successfully introduced a professional brand to the Israeli retail market and helped make Gidon Cosmetics one of the top three hair color brands in Israel. I also oversaw the development of a highly successful international distribution network, with a primary focus on the Southeast Asia market.In my previous roles, I was a managing member in the Israeli Cosmetics Division of the Chamber of Commerce and Chairman of the Cosmetic Division in the Israeli Institute of Export. During this time, I actively consulted with the Israeli Parliament on new regulations for the cosmetics industry in Israel, showcasing my expertise in the industry from all aspects - production, regulation, and marketing.
