As the R&D office grew I was promoted to the role of Scrum Master Team Lead, in this role I am responsible for the training, professionalism and Agile knowledge of the Scrum Masters under me, I work closely with R&D teams as a Scrum Master while providing guidance and example to the Scrum Masters reporting to me and guidance to the R&D Team Leaders working in Agile.It is my role to research and find ways to Scale and improve our Scrum processes by researching scaled up methodologies (such as SAFe) in order to maintain a stable delivery process in a large organization and resolve issues.
