If there is one word that characterizes Florin, it is performance.Since 2012 he has been part of and coordinated training programs for teams at national and international level for the pharma, banking and retail industries. Part of the training included creating and coordinating programs to bridge the generational gap, develop skills and integrate into the labor market for Generations Z and Millennials.The desire to create increasingly effective processes led him in 2015 to the study of Gestalt Therapy and Art Therapy Phronetik. The 20 years of activity as an athlete and then as coordinator of the development department of the Romanian Rugby Federation, along with psychotherapy in his private practice, gives Florin the ability for each delivered program to quickly turn participants' expectations into concrete results.
