Finance technology trainer, working as part of the team delivering Elite 3E to Howard Kennedy.

Working on the global roll-out of a new Practice Management System (Elite 3E). Working across the Finance spectrum this included Billing, Accounts Payable (Purchase to Pay), Client Accounting (Trust), Accounts Receivable, Collections, Banking, General Ledger and Reporting. - Creating courses, presentations, guides and videos.- Training across the firm in Asia, USA and Europe.- Assisting and running user acceptance testing (UAT) sessions.- Involved with recruitment and training of new team members.- Supported users once the project went live working with a number of teams and onsite in multiple offices.- Working closely with management, subject matter experts, consultants and business users to produce a flexible training approach and deliver a successful training programme.

Lead trainer for legal staff training on a new highly customised Practice Management System, Elite 3E. Working closely with the business and project team to create a global training programme that includes face to face training, virtual training sessions, eLearning and support material. As well as building a super user community to support the launch of the product. Working closely with a team of trainers to enable them to deliver effective training.The Elite 3E training programme includes financial reporting, management of clients and matters, billing and time recording.

I manage the IT Training team responsible for training in our Europe and Middle East offices. I've got a great team that are really enthusiastic about technology. We pride ourselves on our engaging courses using the latest tools and techniques. From classroom courses that break out in to mini sessions using iPads through to live online courses using Skype for Business where people across the globe can join.I personally work closely with members of the business to produce learning programmes to support departments and teams. As well as working closely with IT teams to ensure the smooth role out of products.
