I executed digital research with accuracy and efficiency in order to develop social media audits. By using tools such as Techrigy/SM2 and Radian6, I was able to gauge the share of voice of a specific brand and by evaluating the strengths and weaknesses of a brand, I was able to make suggestions that would increase the shortcomings of the brand's social footprint.
