Project Engineer/Program Manager
CurrentI currently manage a program supporting the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL). This contract supports the Sensor Directorates’s Spectrum Warfare Division (AFRL/RYW). The key objective of the team is to develop the science and technology to discover cyber vulnerabilities and design cyber protections for avionics systems. This is a diverse team of computer and electrical engineers which stand up military and commercial avionics testbeds, develop reverse engineering tools, demonstrate the impact an adversary can have on mission assurance, and develop mitigations and protections for avionics systems.• Top Secret Security Clearance/SCI• Assist to develop customer vision, understand customer needs and establish project goals for customer success• Responsible for planning, budgeting and scheduling on-site program activities to meet customer requirements. Demonstrated multi-project coordination and management of resources for the program across multiple divisions• Supervise and monitor subcontract performance• Monitor and report technical and financial performance to Ball executive staff and to the customer using regularly scheduled contract deliverables • Provide technical guidance and opportunities for employee development• Write proposals and technical reports.
