I've been helping people my whole life. 14yrs in the Army as an infantryman and a leader I helped lead, mentor and guide young soldiers in their careers and their health and fitness. Constantly being the subject matter expert in fitness for my platoons, designing fitness programs also known as "pt" physical training in the morning. Now I train normal everyday people that are "Everyday Athletes" to get stronger and more healthy everyday.
