- Process over 800 invoices monthly into accounting system to ensure accuracy of financial reporting.- Verify and investigate discrepancies from vendors and contacted suppliers regarding billing errors- Reconcile and prepare monthly payment, statements and yearly closing reports- Assist in Accounts receivables and process RCD cheque payments- Demonstrates trends and charts on company sales and inventory

- Review and organize law-related documents under document retention policy - Perform general office administrative and clerical task - Prepare excel reports with the use of advanced functions

- Evaluate credit worthiness and supporting documents in loan application using different internal system - Cooperate with Hong Kong and Guangzhou colleagues in investigating loan applications - Follow up, update and report application status in a timely basis - Examined applications and make decisions individually (e.g., withdrawal)

- Accurate invoice coding in company internal system- Reconcile and generate daily Account receivables reports in Oracle Database- Prepare monthly income statements and ensure timely payments- Assist finance team in handling regular accounting tasks and daily operations- Provide accounting and clerical support to the finance department

- Assist Director in handling the day-to-day assignments for providing trust and corporate services to a wide base of clients- Ensure compliance by preparing Anti-Money Laundering & Counter-Terrorist Financing documents under government requirements- Prepare documents for local and offshore company (e.g., Return of Allotment)- Formulate organizational chart and updating client’s information in CSA system
