Learning & Development Team1. Coordinate the pre and post-training logistics with internal or external parties to enable smooth delivery of training course2. Assist in analyzing, monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of the training programs3. Assist in preparing HR analysis reports that deliver values for management’s decision- making4. Manage the apprenticeship training program
 and assist in coordinating the Graduate Engineers training program5. Manage and maintain the training management ,e-learning and ePDR system in courses enrollment, materials, evaluation and reports generation6. Prepare and formulate the training guide, instruction to local and regional staff7. Assist in conducting the staff orientation,ensure staff to complete the induction beforepassing the probation8. Identify and coordinate in-house training andexternal training programs, liaise with different parties to make sure the training could be delivered a good value to our staff9. Follow up local and regional staff inquiries and communicate with IT to help fixing the technical issues of the training system
