Launched the new Fire It Up national apprenticeship marketing campaign and online hub - https://www.apprenticeships.gov.uk/. Developed a 'gold standard' evaluation architecture for the wider apprenticeship programme, linking campaign activity and an integrated communication and engagement framework into programme and delivery data. Lead on all digital advertising and key elements of main national paid media campaign (e.g. £3m out of home media investment, £1m parternship media budget, etc.).

Leading employer marketing for the national Get In Go Far campaign on apprenticeships, launching new employer-facing website, as well as skills policy reform comms more generally. Launched the 'Skills Partner' employer initiative in partenrship with the CBI and over 40 leading brands and businesses, including online 'employer pledge' process with associated microsite and GOV.Uk integration.Led range of digital build and continuous improvement projects.

Provided strategic communication advice for memerbship that included all major national highstreet optical brands.
