At the Computer Hospital my work was varied. I managed the workshop, trained technicians, set schedules for the technicians, ensured jobs were done well, evaluated customers IT needs, assisted office manager with admin duties, serviced, repaired and installed computer systems for customers. Our customers consisted of local small business, home users and students from 2nd and 3rd level colleges.

Worked alongside two desk side engineers providing IT support to the 1,000 staff at a large Insurance Company in Dublin and provide Field Support to company home workers as required.
