I built our engineering team and our platform during our early growth phase. I focused on requirements analysis, wireframing, and managing the team and project. My role evolved to a focus on account and product management. In 2011, I created our Client Services department to lead a new team and focus on those areas in particular.

After looking for a cool start-up in the Bay Area, I found the Vendo team and joined to help roll out our platform to the marketplace. I spent more time figuring out ways to improve the product to make it serve our customers better, so after 10 months I moved to our headquarters in Barcelona to build a new team and a new platform.

Marc and I had a silly idea to turn an... edgy... meme into a plush toy. We learned a lot about toy design and working with manufacturers and brokers in China, and we sold a lot of teddy bears. We still have a Longcat prototype floating around somewhere. It is ridiculously adorable and the bidding starts at one meowllian dollars.It has been awesome to see.
