Oladele Bello is a Nigeria-based multimedia artist working as a video artist, photographer, poet, filmmaker, theatre artist, and mixed-media artist. He was born in Lagos, Nigeria. Oladele received a B.A. in Theatre and Media Arts from the Federal University, Oye-Ekiti, Ekiti State, in 2022.His work has been exhibited nationally and internationally, including exhibitions at The Russian Museum of Ethnography in Saint Petersburg, Russia; Tiwani Contemporary Gallery in Lagos, Nigeria; The Project Space in Pietrasanta, Italy; and the Goethe Institute in Lagos, during the African Human Right Film Festival. His work "Ghost" was the Jury pick (18-25) during the International Plural+ video festival in Fez, Morocco, in 2022.He is currently working with The QDance Center as an artistic assistant and serves as the media lead for The Q School."My visual and motion art-based work focuses on examining identity, self-consciousness, and humanity’s relationship with society. In a modern world addicted to technology and its evolution, we are nearly sweeping all other values that equally affect us under the carpet."
