Senior Analyst Team Lead
Current- Lead a cross-functional project team consisting of 10 members, ensuring the timely delivery of project milestones and achieving a high level of client satisfaction- Effectively communicate project goals, objectives, and progress to team members, stakeholders, and senior management, fostering a collaborative and transparent work environment- Manage and resolve project-related issues and risks, implementing proactive measures to mitigate potential setbacks and ensuring project timelines and deliverables are not compromised- Mentor and coach team members, fostering their professional growth and development, and facilitating a high-performing project team culture- Collaborate with clients to identify their unique requirements, translating them into actionable project plans, and consistently delivering on client expectations- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, to ensure seamless coordination and cooperation throughout the project lifecycle- Conduct regular project status meetings, facilitate effective communication, and provide timely updates to all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and clarity on project objectives
