Leads a variety of projects of motivated professionals to deliver IT, data analytics, and project management solutions in support of our Federal Health IT client. Reporting the delivery status and updates to the Federal client, business customers, senior leadership and other stakeholders. Manages a cross-functional team comprised of business analysts, functional and automation testers as well as developers on a high preforming team with shifting priorities utilizing SAFE Agile framework. Some Responsibilities include: Application Release planning, Managing end to end project and release management phases including resource management. Monitoring and managing an agile team.
