I am one of a team of committed professionals who strive to meet the learning and development needs of more than 3,200 bank employees. While serving in this role, I:•Collaborate with Learning and Development team members to analyze, plan, create and deliver meaningful learning experiences for bank employees.•Develop facilitator and participant guides, activities and instructional materials for instructor led courses.•Collaborate with Learning and Development team members to analyze, plan, create and deliver meaningful learning experiences for bank employees.•Conduct on-camera interviews with lines of business partners which serve as instructional resources of bankers. • Analyze learning needs and objectives of various lines of business.• Utilize Articulate Storyline software to create scenario-based training and assessment modules for bank employees.• Design and develop engaging, interactive eLearning, as well as a variety of other instructional resources.• Participate in development of pilot learning programs.• Assist with administration of the learning management system.• Consult Subject Matter Experts and end users to ensure that content is correct, relevant, realistic, and applicable.• Attend instructor led sessions and consult with instructors regarding instructional delivery.In collaboration with the Product Sales Manager, I also developed a Sales Process course which was attended by every Personal Banker. In addition to developing the course and associated activities, resources and materials I facilitated the pilot session as well as several other sessions.

As a Technology Coordinator I developed a versatile skill-set. While serving in this capacity, I:• Supervised six Instructional Technology Resource Teachers. • Served as project manager for a variety of technological initiatives at the school division level.• Participated in the development and writing of long-term, strategic plans for both the technology department and the school division.• Presented technology information to school division leadership.• Conducted training sessions for staff in software applications.• Designed, created, published and implemented training materials for technology applications and processes.• Taught professional development classes for educators.• Created implementation plans and provided training for new technology programs. • Developed and distributed written communication on behalf of the Director of Technology.• Coordinated and implemented purchases of school division-level technology software and applications.

• Responsible for planning and instruction for students in grades 6-12 enrolled in business classes. • Served as: Chairperson for vocational department, chairperson for school's technology committee, secretary for site-based decision committee, school technology contact, sponsor of Future Business Leaders of America.
