As Talent Management Director I take responsibility for the talent sourcing and operational side of N2O’s campaigns. My team of Operations Executives administers a national database of promotional contractors to ensure N2O’s campaigns are booked with the best people for the assignment. In my role as Operations Staffing Director, we've grown the Operations team from 5 people to 40. It's been both challenging and rewarding to put together this skilled team of people, ensuring that the processes that worked for a small team now work for a large team.I'm passionate about nurturing professional development within my team.
