> Oversee busy team of four Backup Care Consultants to deliver outstanding customer service via numerous channels: websites, telephone and email.> Manage responses to all customer communications in a timely and appropriate manner, resolving escalated complaints.> Devise, measure and record team KPIs; presenting to senior management > Create department’s strategic Vision & Mission utilising advanced management planning tools such as OGSM framework.> Recruit, train and develop new team members; run internal coaching sessions.> Continuously assess and critique user experience so Web Development team can identify areas where websites can be improved. > Build relationships with key suppliers; review pricing and policies; sign off invoices totalling tens of thousands of pounds annually.
