I am a Partner within the Education and Charities Team at HCR Law advising schools on the full range of employment related matters including complex restructures, performance management issues, ill health absence, disciplinary and grievance processes, severance arrangements, and Employment Tribunal proceedings.I also regularly assist schools in ensuring that internal staff policies and procedures and contracts of employment are legally compliant and work in practice.I am a recognised speaker within the sector delivering in-house training for schools and speaking regularly at national education conferences and events on topical issues relevant to the sector. My priority is always to fully understand each schools desired aims, building long standing professional relationships and working as a trusted extension to a schools internal senior team.
