The way a particular situation makes you feel affects what you learn from it!I am very interested in exploring the sensory dynamics that operate in between people in different work- or training settings, and how these dynamics facilitate (or constrain) learning and talent/expertise development in these settings. Furthermore I interested in how people can manipulate and change the sensory dynamics in their work- and training settings so that it enhances people's immersion in shared learning activities, which make them feel, think and act in ways that goes beyond their individual capacity, i.e. they learn.My goal is to further clarify how people learn on the backdrop of the 'mood' and 'feel' they create in between them in work- and training settings, and to point to applicable ways of how such sensory dynamics can be controlled and changed, so that learning and development is facilitated.My key competencies are:- Conducting qualitative research including field work and semi-structured interviews- Conducting academic analysis, and writing academic evaluations and articles.- Thorough knowledge of expertise- and talent development processes.- Thorough knowledge of the sensory aspects of human interactions and social learning processes.- Thorough knowledge of apprenticeship learning and peer learning processes - Thorough knowledge of the relation between mind, body and society and phenomenological/enactive understandings of human interactions- Teaching undergraduate and graduate students.
