Artech Automation AS is a Norwegian system integrator that provides productivity-enhancing and quality-assurance solutions tailored to the industry. The company assists industries in Norway and abroad with new automation solutions and improvements to existing systems.In this role, I focused on sales and business development and took on project management responsibilities from initial proposal through to final, fully FAT- and SAT-tested delivery to the customer. Notably, I managed a fully automated production line project for the solar industry, which included integrating a MiR AGV. I independently handled the programming of the AGV, contributing to the seamless functionality of the automation line.

Vestas is a global leader in sustainable energy solutions, specializing in the design, manufacturing, installation, and service of wind turbines worldwide. Known for its commitment to innovation and quality, Vestas drives advancements in wind energy performance and efficiency, supporting the transition to a sustainable energy future.Responsible for the performance and service of the InteliLight system for Vestas wind turbines. InteliLight is an active radar-based detection system that allows aviation lights on wind turbines to remain off unless an aircraft is nearby. My role included project management for the installation and commissioning of systems, troubleshooting, and coordinating service planning in collaboration with on-site service teams.I initiated and led a project with R&D in Denmark to integrate InteliLight more closely with the turbine, taking on the technical lead role for this system. This involved coordinating activities between R&D in Denmark and engineering teams in Norway.Managed certification approval tests of the InteliLight system with the Finnish Air Force, DFS in Germany, and the FAA in the USA. Additionally, I oversaw the implementation of the InteliLight option across five wind farms.Conducted training for service technicians in Denmark, Sweden, Finland, Germany, and the USA.Served as the Mechanical/Electrical Lead for the development of new radar technology.I held a key role in Oslo until Vestas decided to close the office and relocate operations to Denmark and Portugal, which prompted my transition to a new position.

Engineers without Borders (EWB) is a technical humanitarian organisation managed by a board chosen by members. We wish to use technical knowledge and competences to help people in areas of catastrophes and people in need. We wish to secure life after survival, which means that shortly after a catastrophe, life keeping measures such as clean drinking water, proper sanitation, accommodation etc, are re-established. We also use our technical knowledge to assist in situations of need, with technical humanitarian help.In this period I established the student organisation at the Engineering Collage of Aarhus under EWB Denmark.
