As a student who thrives in collaborative environments, I enjoy working with others to identify and provide solutions to challenging problems. Given my analytical personality, I learn through observation, experience, and sometimes failure. I thrive in difficult and uncomfortable situations where I am challenged mentally and physically to deliver results in the most effective way possible. I currently work as a Process Engineering Intern at CSL Seqirus. Working specifically with the utilities engineering team, my responsibility is to identify areas of improvement and adhere to the Right First Time (RFT) initiative. Growing up, I have been fortunate enough to develop my own leadership ability in multiple ways, homing in on my ability to lead confidently, serve humbly, collaborate effectively, and live by integrity. Through these experiences, I have been able to succeed in my early career and have learned how to interact professionally and productively within a corporate environment. My current professional goals are to continue to build my early career and to always put myself in positions to learn and develop.
