This position is responsible for managing all customer relations, communications, marketing and public relations activities, including day to day operations related to customer inquires, certification activities, press activities and production of all NCCAOM publications. This position serves as the staff liaison to the Public Education and Public Relations Committee for the NCCAOM.

• Direct and coordinate marketing activities and policies to promote products and services.• Review the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures and research and development appropriations.• Initiate market research studies and analyze findings.• Analyze business developments and monitor market trends.• Work with the communications team to drive internal promotion of company programs, initiatives, guiding principles and mission.• Coordinate and participate in promotional activities and trade shows.• Analyze third-party data and investigate new growth opportunities.• Design, develop and advertise company’s promotional products and services.• Direct the hiring, training and performance evaluations for Diplomate Relations staff and supervise their daily activities.• Coordinate web and graphics design for effective merchandising.• Identify value propositions and key messages for company’s marketing campaigns.• Preserve brand integrity by monitoring the consistency and quality of marketing content.• Develop and implemente campaigns for email, online advertising, search engines and direct mail.• Define and track campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies accordingly.

Confer with customers by telephone to provide information about certification/recertification policies and procedures, to take orders, to obtain details of complaints.Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.Resolve customers' service or billing complaintsCheck to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers' problems.Contact customers in order to respond to inquiries or to notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
