Olga joined Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP as a trainee in October 2008 and left as a Principal Associate in May 2019. She was a member of the International Arbitration Group of Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP and practiced from Frankfurt, Brussels and Moscow offices of the firm.

In summer 2002, DIS established a German initiative of young arbitrators (DIS40). DIS40 operates on a national and regional levels and comprises more than 1000 members located in Germany and abroad. DIS40 is a forum for the exchange of experiences among young arbitrators. Activities of the association focus on subjects that are of interest to legal practitioners below 40.
