Study Conduct:1. Applies knowledge of study design to facilitate research protocol(s):• Phases I-IV• Type of study design (e.g., double-blind, crossover)• Compassionate Use• Treatment IND2. Applies knowledge of regulations regarding:• IND/IDE• IRB• Informed Consent• Obligations of Investigator• Good Clinical Practice3. Attends Site Initiation Visits as assigned.4. Manages Study Supplies:A. Receives study supplies at study starti. Checks to ensure each item on the packaging slip has been received in good condition.ii. Notifies coordinator if supplies are missing from shipment.iii. Contacts sponsor/supplier as necessary to resolve any discrepancies.B. Prepares an Equipment Log to keep track of the equipment and updates log it as necessary.C. Informs Coordinator of specific equipment/supplies arrival & received quantity received.D. Labels all equipment with study identifier.E. Identifies suitable locations for storage of supplies/equipment (lab kits, e-diaries, etc.)i. Stores neatly to facilitate use by all team membersii. Clearly labels storage area with study identifier
