I firmly believe we can do different things and do them in a different way. We only need people and, sometimes technology, to make it possible. Innovating and helping others to innovate is what I have done throughout my professional career.I was lucky enough to be linked from the very beginning to the internet and digitalisation, essential elements in innovation. From a business perspective, in the strategy area of the Netjuice Group; from the development of competencies and capabilities, through various positions at IE Business School; and from the development of significantly different projects, as a consultant for various companies. Over the last 10 years, from the management of Innova&acción, I have been able to multiply the effect of these elements by combining them with the power that people have when they are diverse and co-create, in multiple projects and through different methodologies. In addition, I have been involved in many different environments and sectors in which, in turn, I have been able to develop hybridisation and cross-innovation projects.Throughout my career, I have combined my professional activity with training (and, therefore, learning) in various public and private institutions (IE Business School, EOI, UJI, etc) and research (my doctoral thesis, of course, deals with the importance of people in the use of technology). These have given me a different perspective and the necessary rigour to make innovative, implementable and profitable decisions, as well as excellent communication skills.Right now, without abandoning the transformative power of education (or, better, of learning), I transform organizations thanks to the "Materia Naranja" (Orange Matter), unleashing the full potential of their talent and multiplying their impact through innovation.Along the way, my greatest allies have been: - A sense of humour.- Enthusiasm, because the world fascinates me.- Perseverance, because you make your own journey- Results and adaptation.
