• Spearheaded the transformation of the bank's design system, executing a comprehensive refactoring and implementation of a new system adopted across all banking streams;• Launched loans and insurance products within the bank's application;• Actively participated in the B2C redesign and assisted other designers in redesigning their products;• Tracking product conversion rates and proposing new solutions based on testing;• Designed a design system for a new mobile application from scratch. This design system is utilized across all streams of the bank;• Leading the design system team: established processes and communication within the team, delegate tasks, and secure budgets for the team;• Implementing a new visual language throughout the bank, including both external services and internal ones;• Recognized as the top employee among designers at the bank for the year 2023, as well as the project in which I was the sole designer being awarded the best project of 2023.

• Lead UX/UI Design, in a 4 people team, producing all major deliverables and presented these to the clients;• Collaborated with cross functional teams, including project managers and engineers;• Finished 8 projects that included various cross-platform solutions: web services, mobile applications, ATMs;• Took part in all stages of projects: from creating specifications and domain research to transferring the layout to dev team and measuring metrics.

• Maintained UI kits and visual assets library across platforms and brands, paying close attention to detail and ensuring consistency;• Took part at a variety of design projects, such as branding, print and digital advertising, company literature, social media, events, websites, merchandise, etc.
