Responsible for the strategic and operational management of a boutique consultancy company specializing in business financing. I oversee all aspects of the company's operations, including business development, client management, and project execution. Leveraging my expertise in finance and entrepreneurship, I drive the growth and success of the company, while maintaining a commitment to delivering exceptional value to our clients (startups and SMEs).

Provided guidance and support to entrepreneurs in various fields, with a particular focus on revenue models, financial projections, and pitching to investors. Invested in pre-seed rounds for selected startups, contributing to the growth and success of promising ventures in the competitive business landscape.

Conducted evaluation for the "Women in Business" Programme spanning from 2016 to 2022, which was implemented by the Organization for Entrepreneurship Development. Based on the comprehensive evaluation results, I played a pivotal role in developing a new State Programme on Supporting Women Entrepreneurs for the Ministry of Economic Development and Digitalization.

Conducted an external evaluation of the 3-year-long Sweden-EBRD Women in Business Programme, analyzing its strategies and impact on women entrepreneurs. The insights derived from the evaluation hold significant value, as they not only shaped the program's future trajectory but also contributed to advancing knowledge in the realm of gender-focused entrepreneurship.

Provided support to the Ministry of Economy to elaborate the "National Program for the Promotion of Entrepreneurship and Increasing Competitiveness 2022-2026" and its Action Plan for 2022-2024 within the Rural SME Policy Support Window – Republic of Moldova – EuropeAid/ 138868/ DH/ SER/ MD.

Provided support to the Entrepreneurship Development Organization (ODA) under the Ministry of Economy to elaborate the Strategic Development Program 2022-2027 and the Action Plan within the Rural SME Policy Support Window – Republic of Moldova – EuropeAid/ 138868/ DH/ SER/ MD.

Provided programmatic support in the field of development and implementation of effective programmes consistent with UN Women rules and regulations, ensured the timely and synergetic implementation of the UN Women Strategic Note in the area of women economic empowerment.

Implemented efficient private-public dialogue between the representatives of the public state institutions, business associations, think-tanks and donor community that resulted in improved business-friendly regulations and decreased red tape costs.

Together with other 8 women in business, I co-founded, developed and expanded the first national association of women in business in Moldova - currently, the largest organization in Moldova that aims to economically empower women to start or grow their ventures and accede to leadership positions.

Provided substantive expertise in implementing and monitoring initiatives to strengthen local economic potential and growth opportunities in 30 target communities in Moldova. Supported 38 rural entrepreneurs through comprehensive training, guidance, and financial support. 71% of the beneficiaries were women-led businesses, resulting in the creation of 130 workplaces and fostering economic growth and development in rural areas.

Managed organization’s projects and programs, fundraised and improved organizational capacity in the field of women's economic, civic and political empowerment. Provided timely reports and assured proper communication with donors and relevant stakeholders resulting in additionally financed projects for women's empowerment.

I led the implementation of annual and quarterly organizational planning, monitored and reported on the progress of the SMEs Development Strategy, and developed projects and programs to secure additional funding for SMEs support activities. By leveraging my expertise in project management and strategic planning, I was able to drive the successful execution of the organization's key initiatives, resulting in measurable improvements for the beneficiary SMEs. My contributions in this area were recognized by peers and stakeholders, positioning me as a trusted and effective expert in the field.
