My job was to cover the administrative and logistical parts of the office based in Chisinau of the Eptisa Romania company. An engineering company contracted by the local public authority to assist them as a consultant in the supervision of works for the 'design and energy efficiency rehabilitation of public buildings in Chisinau city` project. I looked for an office place and furnished it together with all the necessary connections (Internet, office equipment, office supplies). I monitored the work of 6 local experts and 3 international experts to ensure the Client with the necessary Engineering expertise. I was assisting the Team Leader in implementing the project and weekly& monthly & quarterly reporting to the Client.

I was due to arrange appointments and maintain the agenda of both the Head of Mission and the Executive Head of Mission. Part of the job was to research and set up various high-level meetings with senior officials from the presidential administration, national election authorities, relevant ministries, leaders of political parties, representatives of the media, civil society, and the resident diplomatic community. Mainly, this concerned 3-5 mission visits a day. The other part of the job was to organize in-country travels, accompany the Head of Mission on trips and interpret meetings to/from English from/to Romanian/Russian.

During my job, our team of 4 people implemented 2 Customer Care programs a month. Another part of the job involved project timeliness tracking for commercial activities and administrative assistance in commercial activities deployment.

The Light Industry Employers Association from Moldova has created an umbrella brand called "DININIMA" (from the heart) which gathers more than 70 Moldovan brands and manages over 1000 m2 retail spaces in 3 joint DININIMA stores. I was responsible for the development of the local market and national umbrella brand. I worked with over 100 members of the association in order to assure the upsurge of the light industry sector. As well as an extensive number of more than 40 stakeholders including international development partners, public authorities, local associations, international organizations, etc. I was enrolled to open and coordinate the biggest DININIMA store that gathered up to 50 local brands on a commercial space of 2000 m2. We worked in a team of 10 people for almost a year of negotiations, coordination and mittigations to make it done.Another part of the job was about Marketing. It included the coordination of new promotional and advertising campaigns, including the look books making process, communication& PR strategies, sales, and online & offline promotion. Organize training and professional development activities whose aim was to achieve higher results and become more qualified. Our team organized seminars on different topics: merchandising, strategy making, marketing, sales, customer care, etc. I have participated in 5 lobby &advocacy work groups in order to represent the interests of our members. I was attending other training on Marketing, HR, Lobby&Advocacy, national field conferences, and international forums in order to increase the visibility of the association.

I was working in an international team of 6 people. My responsibilities were to cover all administrative and logistical parts as well as some research and consultancy work together with 3 international experts. I was dealing with matters related to organizing the missions in Moldova as part of research called Value Chain Analysis in the manufacturing industry field. I researched for the data, selected 50 candidates, and organized 30 interviews with local companies and 15 interviews with the previously selected stakeholders. Part of the job was to organize 5 roundtable workshops for interested local businesses interested to learn knowledge and experience in the field.

I was responsible for a team of 6 people by setting tasks and supervising the process of work. I delivered 6 sessions of induction and 4 management and sales sessions for my team. As a team, we had to call up to 180 companies a week to establish partnerships and set further connections. We were organising small celebrations as team-building activities after every long-term partnership settled. I was updating the CRM system with the progress and performance indicators of every team member as well as monitoring the team members to update our partners' database.
