I am an ISTQB-certified software QA engineer with 7 years of experience. At the beginning of my career path, I couldn’t imagine how far this road would lead me. When I met my first test manager I was gazing at her, listening to every word and thinking: “Oh God, I want to be as cool as she is”. And now, I believe, I am. I have been working in different domains such as e-learning, e-commerce, and e-government, and in various teams as outsourced and product, in mature companies and startups. And through this time I realized that for me only two things are really important: processes and people. When processes are suitable and effective, as well as a team of passionate experts, it's only one way for a project - is being successful.My favorite part of working as a QA is test planning and process improvement for delivering the best product and process quality. But long story short, I can be a great fit for a company where I can:⊖ work on projects that can help people;⊖ build effective and transparent processes inside and outside the test team;⊖ manage QA activities and make them effective;⊖ help to measure the effectiveness of processes;⊖ help to measure current product quality;⊖ help junior testers become strong professionals.I am so lucky to find my dream occupation.
