Nine years’ experience in various roles including Business/Systems Analyst, Continuous Improvement Specialist and Software Deployment; all roles sharing common ground which was to identify, analyse, design, improve and deploy. I love to be in both project-based environments and with end users where I can help my company to not only achieve its goals, but do so in a process driven and efficient manner. A key skill of mine is elicitating business requirements with all teams and translating them into documentation that can be conveyed to technical teams. I work with all levels and areas of a business to get the best overall solution. I enjoy problem solving using both data and physical observations and talking to end users to look for correlations and find true root cause.I currently help deploy products, specialised in SAP Supply Chain by configuring and improving.
