I am responsible for all new and revised business at our Norwood facility. I also assist at our Greensboro facility when needed. I direct and facilitate all graphics in both plants. Participate and coordinate pre pro calls for all artwork that is in process. I am responsible for all bases and cylinders purchased. I keep track of our 10000 base inventory and maintain live and obsolete copies. Responsibilities also include price negotiations with vendors. We have an HP Indigo 4500. I am responsible for the set up, color, stepping and archiving of all jobs. I also manage and supervise this area for best practices and production.

My wife and I have our own photography business. We do all types of photograghs and also have a photobooth we rent out.

I am responsible for all new business and graphics in our Norwood facility and Greensboro facility. Norwood is a gravure facility and Greensboro is a flexo facility. I am very versed in color and capabilities of all printing processes, included offset. We also have an HP Indigo 4500 that I am responsible for. I am responsible for front end and operation in this department.Other responsibilities include contract price negotiations with vendors and customers, control and proper use of over 10,000 active cylinders in the Norwood plant, and all spending in my area with a yearly average of 2.5 million

Norwood Ohio

I was responsible for the plants manufacturing and profits on a 45 million dollar budget. Responsibilities included safety of all plant personnel, union issues and negotiations, manufacturing, plant spoilage, downtime and run time. I was responsible for 7 supervisors and 103 union employees. I handled all customer approvals and interaction of all new products on press.I also was involved in the purchase and installation of a Rotomec Press and two Titan Slitters. This was a 30 million dollar investment for the company. I was on a team of three that helped design the press and slitter based on plant safety and our needs in manufacturing.I helped negotiate two union contracts during my time in this position and took grievances with the union from over 100 a year to less than 10 a year.

Norwood Ohio

I was responsible for all spoilage in our Norwood plant and our Jacksonville Florida Plant. I put new procedures in place to help drive down spoilage. Our internal spoilage went from an average of 26% to 14.5 % while in this position. It was a temporary position to help in this area . Once this project was complete I moved in to Manufacturing Manager for the plant.

Norwood Ohio

I was responsible for second shift manufacturing. There were two other supervisors and 35 union employees. I was responsible for run yields, downtime, spoilage of product. I also held monthly safety meetings for the plant and was responsible for employee safety on my shift.

I handled all union issues and negotiations for local 543 in the UPIU for five years. Very knowlegeable with contracts, union language and negotiations.

Springdale Ohio

I worked in all aspects of production from janitor, packing lines, gluer lines, bobst cutters and offset printing presses. I was also involved in Union leadership, Elected positions from steward to president.
