Outside the automotive sphere, experience advising technology and other companies in an array of matters, ranging from disputes surrounding application development to compliance with consumer protection and other laws, including dealing with a future in the metaverse.On an international level, experience assisting a wide variety of clients based abroad in relation to foreign proceedings and arbitration. Regularly advises on matters such as the service of foreign proceedings, the taking of evidence (both discovery and oral testimony) from English witnesses for the purposes of foreign proceedings under the Hague Convention, and the enforcement of foreign court judgments and arbitration awards in England and Wales.A passion for cars, technology and photography. Hobbies include designing and managing websites for friends and family on owned hardware, building computers and mechanical keyboards, and taking photos and film making.
