Olive is a queer creative producer and writer with a background in commercial production. Based in Naarm (Melbourne), Olive produces a breadth of creative projects including films, TVCs, advertising campaigns and multimedia projects. Olive has a Bachelor of Communications from the University of Technology Sydney, in 2021 she transitioned into production after working as a writer and journalist. Olive strives to produce work that explores culture, queer identity and the human condition, with a specific focus on collaborating with underrepresented voices and championing their stories. In 2023 Olive was shortlisted for the highly competitive SBS Digital Originals alongside screenwriting partner, Chloe Black. As a Bosnian-Slovenian-Australian woman, Olive’s cultural background shapes her into a decisive producer with a dedication to her practice.
