A brief about me?✨ I consider myself to be proactive, empathetic, ambitious, critical and very communicative. My goal is to make a difference in people's lives and achieve a more empathetic, organized and productive world in all the projects I join. 🎓 I'm a Psychologist specialized in Work and Organizations. In this way, areas such as communication, effectiveness, teamwork, leadership and people management fascinate me. In 2024 I completed my Master's degree with the themes "Maximizing work efficiency with time management: An intervention proposal" and "Improving Human Resources Operations: An Internship Experience at Mota-Engil", where my thesis was in the form of a 40-hour training course and the internship report was based on the execution/optimization of processes.🐎 I run a horse shoeing company that operates nationally and internationally.If you'd like to know more, don't hesitate to get in touch.
