Approved NICEIC Contractor.Duties include• Carry out all installation, maintenance, testing and surveying work on sites• Installations with single and three phase systems• Installed fire alarm systems & break glass units• Installed data cables from outlet to patch panel• Installed (single & 3 phase) distribution boards, isolators, RCD units & metering equipment• Installed lighting, emergency lighting, lighting switching including dimming, contactor, photocell & timeclock• Installed at 1st and 2nd fix• Installed various metal and plastic containment solutions• Used Fluke & Megger test equipment• Fault finding and fix as required, producing a client presented report on completion• Complete test certificates at the end of each project• Complete daily risk assessments paperwork and ensure all Health and Safety permits are in place• Take toolbox talks for a group, covering required criteria• Liaise with Architects and Project Managers regarding any project queries or updates• Supervisor responsibility in Project Managers absence• Relied upon to be called in to help progress struggling jobs through to handover• Collaboration with sub contractors & agency personnel to meet all agreed targets• From time to time, create accurate and scaled install designs for containment and wiring, which are used to order and price large jobs.• Oversee the work of a junior electrician of which has since completed his probation period• Run night time refurbishment works within a retail store, achieving an early handover• When running projects, I take daily stock of on site materials to ensure continuation of works• Produce detailed photo backed reports on Site Audit Pro• Experience running a fully stocked work van for daily works

• Completed Level 3 NVQ Diploma in Installing Electrotechnical systems and equipment (City & Guilds 2357-13 501/1605/8)• Attended Eastleigh College in block weeks every four weeks• Whilst on site, shadowed experienced Electricians to continuously develop professional skill set• Portfolio of work produced for apprenticeship assessment
