I am a loyal, self-motivated and conscientious property professional with a genuine and honest approach who firmly believes that with the correct outlook anything is possible in the world of property. My career started as a junior Lettings negotiator for The American Agency in South Kensington that specialised in relocating well-heeled US and European professionals. Following that I became a Sales Associate at BMW Park Lane which led to me developing my sales skills. I was a key member of the MINI sales team and recognised as a top performing salesperson. I later returned to the property market as a sales negotiator at Winkworth in Ladbroke Grove where I developed a strong network of clients, agents, buyers and solicitors who assisted me in closing various deals.In recent years I managed, financed, negotiated and sourced all materials and services for multiple development projects. I have also acquired a knowledge of the local markets including current values, demographics and potentially creative opportunities. With the experience I gained over the years I am now director of Woodlea Investments Ltd. where I am seeking to invest in residential and commercial properties in Poole and the surrounding area to secure maximum returns.I enjoy keeping fit, travel, American cinema … and socialising with old friends!
