工作职责： 人员管理负责印度, 日本以及中国10名员工的日常工作,业绩管理建立中层机制, 培养重点工程师承担一定管理职责 建立团队以及个人业绩考核指标根据员工工作量已经工作时间建立员工个人业绩考核指标以及团队整体使用率考核指标 建立日常工作流程制定On-call 工程师职责列表制定网络线路故障处理流程制定紧急情况处理流程项目经验: 亚马逊中国区网络切换项目 (WireCutter)作为亚马逊中国区接口人配合网络团队和系统团队切换亚马逊中国11个办公室的网络。 网络切换后， 所有亚马逊的办公室网络将只能访问互联网，办公室用户需要通过连接VPN客户端来访问公司内部资源。总负责亚马逊11个办公室的网络带宽升级，网络设备升级。和业务部门讨论网络切换后的相关问题，协调业务部门测试，共同制定相关解决方案。和AWS网络团队和系统团队共同制定网络切换方案和IT系统迁移方案。  印度地区Airwave部署带领团队在印度22个办公室部署Airwave无线工具. 实时监控印度办公室所有无线接入点状态. 为每个办公室生成无线信号热点图, 显示无线信号薄弱区域, 并通过调整AP位置予以纠正. APAC和印度地区交换机升级带领团队制定计划与后台部门协作根据公司要求升级所有接入层交换机.  APAC和印度地区机房设备标准化根据公司标准制定计划, 确保机房的各类设备的监控正常, 并被登记到公司的资产系统内.

 工作职责:负责亚马逊北京丰台办公室 (2000用户), 成都办公室(2200用户), 上海办公室 (600用户)的IT支持, 以及管理亚马逊中国IT呼叫中心. 人员管理管理13人本地IT服务团队以及7人IT呼叫中心团队. 根据公司考核指标考量员工业绩. 提供职业发展机会给员工并帮助员工成长. 团队中6名员工得到升职. 客户关系维护同业务部门保持定期密切沟通, 及时互相反馈问题并一起合作解决. 为业务部门的核心业务提供助力. 项目经验: 建立亚马逊中国IT呼叫中心与国外呼叫中心团队合作, 培训招聘呼叫中心人员(2个正式员工, 5个实习生). 建立呼叫中心考核指标和标准操作流程. 建立兼职呼叫中心专员机制, 从本地IT支持借调人员以达成业绩要求. 亚马逊客服中心网络访问优化在得到客户的反馈和分析ticket数据中发现客户有访问业务工具站点缓慢的问题, 在中国建立代理服务器并保证代理服务器的冗余. 设立代理服务器白名单以使得客户通过代理只能访问相关业务网站. 控制代理服务器访问权限使得只有得到批复的人员才能使用代理服务器. 提高客服中心工作效率.
