As Software Development Center (SDC) – University of Danang (UDN) ‘s Head of RnD Department, Hieu is responsible for managing SDC RD business strategy, operations management, and development initiatives. Hieu leads organization of over 50 members to meet the software demands from UDN, Microsoft Vietnam as well as to develop outsourcing projects from European, US and Australian partners.Hieu has extensive IT business management experience in a number of multi-platform projects and has a deep understanding of service oriented architecture. Prior to joining SDC UDN, Hieu was the valedictorian of Da Nang University of Science and Technology in 2012, Hieu was offered to teach at the University. However, with his passion for programming, he decided to join some of largest software companies in Da Nang at that time. In 2012, with experiences gained, he was the one to put the first bricks of SDC Research and Development Department and make it like it is today.Hieu holds an engineering and technology Degree of Information Technology from of Da Nang University. He is now a husband of a beautiful wife, Hong Phuong – Miss Danang University 2008, enjoys spending time with his family and playing football.
