Responsible for the efficient operations of a 55 member affordable housing finance and community development agency including oversight of $9 million annual operations budget; HR, IT, Website, Compliance, Reporting, Contracting and Public Relations functions. Accomplishments include authoring of San Francisco’s Affordable Housing Annual Report, implementation of new online single-family housing contract and contact management system.

Responsible for oversight of all agency program directors; development activities including all foundation and public source fundraising and reporting; strategic planning and implementation; contracting, supervision of fiscal and HR functions, IT systems. Accomplishments included securing nearly $3 Million in public and private grants and awards.

The After School Collaborative has a nearly $2 million budget and is well known for its high quality school-based arts and literacy based youth development programming serving nearly 500 youth and families annually. Responsible for hiring, training, supervision and mentoring of 45 staff; development and implementation of program evaluations, program marketing, and production of monthly newsletter, annual arts anthology publication and annual arts showcase performance.
