-Engineered the first and second generations of extreme duty electric utility carts, specifically designed to haul 1/4 ton up a 20% grade through dirt, mud, and rain. Collaborated closely with experienced film gaffers to ensure the design met their unique requirements and expectations.-Managed electrical and structural development of 7.6kWh portable battery system. Implementation of ultralight LiFePO4 compression system and custom power distribution PCB improved energy and power density from 15wh/kg to 46wh/kg and 15w/kg to 33w/kg respectively. -Developed optically isolated control circuit and embedded firmware to safely manage charging current up to 40A. Implementation resulted in a 267% reduction in charging time.

Debugged serial communications for a controller of a battery management system; designed architecture, schematics, and layouts for an industrial automation compute board; and analyzed resolver phase behavior for a lunar vehicle.

-Engineered award-winning monocoque chassis for 2023 competition. Optimized chassis geometry in Ansys Fluent reducing theoretical drag coefficient to 0.16-Oversaw end to end prototyping from early material research and optimization through mold making and wet layup while adhering to budget requirements. Final chassis saved 22kg compared to previous design-Advised component selection and for BLDC motor controller, power distribution board, and associated peripheral devices
