Breadth of remit covering Healthcare, Protection, Wealth, Retirement and Equity Release business channels. Management of a UK wide team c.50+ headcount across 4 office locations.

Tier 1 Supplier Relationship Manager for the AI Administrator – IFDS. Management of the E2E AIUK Customer Experience. Successfully led the operational work stream for the AI online D2C proposition (Investor On-Line) from a commercial, relationship management and operational risk perspective. Managed the AI UK Operational change programme to meet FCA, COLL, COBS, Mifid requirements.

Attained MBCI accreditation with the Business Continuity Institute in 2010. Chaired regional forums with influences extending across the private and public sectors. Facilitated more than 20 Incident Management Exercises across UK Life with COO Senior Management teams to assess the effectiveness and robustness of their Business. Successfully managed “on the ground” incidents across the Aviva UK operation.

Extensive Experience in front-line management both in the UK and in India for Aviva UK Life (c.60 FTE). Successfully led the New Business migration project to ensure departmental cost reduction targets were achieved.
